Overview
The main objective of WP1 is to coordinate all management activities across the CYRENE consortium. In particular, WP1 addresses the following objectives:
- Perform the overall project management
- Establish efficient communication and collaboration procedures
- Achieve a common scientific and technical direction within the project
- Ensure the quality of the project’s results
- Perform risk analysis and implement mitigation action
