CYRENE's plenary meeting

June 15-16, 2021
On June 15-16, the consortium members of CYRENE gathered for their regular plenary meeting. The Project Coordinator kicked off the session with an overview of the project progress and went through the upcoming requirements to be completed. He proceeded together with our partner focusing on ethics and the related updates as well as the feedback received from the external Ethics Advisory Board.
The project’s Technical Lead took over and presented an update of the CYRENE architecture. Moreover, she showed a draft overview of the to-be scenario of having the CYRENE solution in place, showcasing the users as well as the communication and integration of the technical components. The Work Package Leaders took over and presented the progress achieved in the domain. They brought their challenges on the table as well. The meeting was concluded with the initiation of the preparations for our first big events which are expected to take place at the end of summer. We are planning 2 Info Days, a Hackathon and a workshop related to CYRENE technologies and topics. We also co-organizing a summer school, for which more details will be shared soon. Stay tuned!
